Prompt #24 what are the three qualities of true friends?

True friends are those kind of friends that accept, understand and embrace you for what you are as a whole.  They are not the type of friend that you play with at school and are not actually fully familiar with.  They may know you, but that don’t actually know you.  True friends are the ones that actually know you, like your personal likes and dislikes, personal stories, secrets, and quirks.

A quality of a true friend is when they show loyalty.  Loyalty is when they keep being faithful to you.  They will always be one your side and are always there when you are in need of help.  They wont leave you as easily as other people might.  And they will support you no matter what you do.  They would also never forget one another.  They would always think about each other, and when one of them is happy, the other is happy.  Even if serious fights break out, they will always eventually become friends again.  Sometimes fighting can make their friendship become more stronger.

Trust is also an important quality of a true friend.  Trust is very important, true friends tell each other everything, like personal things, secrets and things that you would not tell a normal friend or even a parent.  They would probably know you better than anyone else.  Having trust in friendship is very important, since true friends know everything about each other, the good and the bad.  They know things that friends usually might not know.  They are the people that you actually want to tell and you are comfortable telling to.

The last important quality in a true friend is love.  True friends would love you no matter what.  They would accept all your faults and quirks.  They are the people that you can be your relaxed and real self.  You are very comfortable with each other and not matter what, they would always be together.

Trust, loyalty and love are what I think are qualities of a true friend.
